  • My image appears grey?

    Have you taken the screen out of the cassette? If the cassette has been replaced the wrong way round then the image can appear grey.

  • When I open up the software, after putting in my log in details and password, I get an error saying: License not detected, and I am unable to proceed.

    Make sure that the Vita is getting power and is switched on. Try checking that the USB cable is plugged into the correct USB port and that the cable is not damaged or frayed.

  • I cannot create a new patient, a patient ID error comes up.

    Ensure that the Patient ID is unique as any duplication will prevent you from making a new patient and taking a study.

     

     

     

  • I cannot burn a disc, an error comes up when I try

    Ensure that you are using a CD-R, not a re-writable disc or a DVD disc. The Vita software will not burn a disc if a re-writable CD is in the tray.
