Our equipment is designed to be tough and reliable, but in the unlikely event of a breakdown, our dedicated customer care team are there to support you when you need it the most. We have out of hours support available 24/7. IMV imaging engineers are trained to exceptional standards and we have an unrivalled range of loan equipment to minimise your downtime.
We also provide annual service plans. Regular servicing means our team can identify any small technical issues before they become a major problem. Helping to prevent the risk of breakdown and disruption to your clients and practice.

At IMV our fully trained specialist engineers are able to look after a wide variety of imaging equipment.

If you call us on +44 (0)1506 460 023, we will make all the arrangements for a courier to come and collect your equipment.
We ask that you suitably package and label the box that you put the equipment into for transport. If your equipment is too large to transport, we will arrange for an engineer to come and visit you.
Where possible we do try to provide loan equipment. There may be a small charge for loan equipment.
You may also wish to consider a monthly Planned Maintenance Agreement, which makes it easier to guarantee you loan equipment.
It is important for you to suitably package your equipment, so it is not damaged whilst being couriered back to IMV.
We will arrange the courier to come to you to collect the equipment. This means using a sufficiently strong cardboard box, that you can place material such as bubble wrap around the equipment to prevent any possible damage.
Please clearly label the box.

It is very useful if you add a compliment slip or details of your business inside the box, so that we can easily identify your equipment when it arrives with us.
To speed up your service or repair also please ensure that your equipment has been cleaned before being packaged.

IMV offer Planned Maintenance Agreements to help service and maintain your IMV ultrasound, X-ray and PACS equipment.
Paying monthly helps spread the cost of the annual servicing of your equipment. IMV Planned Maintenance Agreements also allows you priority for loan equipment in case of a breakdown.

All new X-ray and ultrasound equipment from IMV comes with a year’s warranty. With the exception of the Sonosite range of ultrasound scanners that are so tough and durable that they come with a full 5 year manufacturer's warranty.
The Carestream Vita CR X-ray system also comes with a 2 year warranty. Unfortunately with the technology of batteries at the moment, we cannot guarantee the life span of batteries.
However, the IMV Easi-Scan is available with a Lifetime Warranty.
