Over the past few months, we have shared even more free clinical resources as well as offering flexible financing solutions to allow veterinary practices and vets to consider purchasing new equipment without a large financial outlay. We do understand however that purchasing new equipment may not be possible for everyone and our Service Department are here to help with a range of flexible Service Agreements with options to suit every practice.
For Vita Flex customers, we have an exciting new offer which will allow them to extend the cover for their X-ray systems beyond the initial warranty period. The new option will put their X-ray equipment onto an Enhanced Maintenance Agreement (EMA) giving customers peace of mind that all costs are taken care of and that our team are on hand to support them, whenever they may need it. - Annual service of equipment by experienced IMV Service Engineer.
- Free remote & telephone support.
- Free priority loan equipment in the event of a breakdown.
- All labour included free of charge in the event of a breakdown.
- All parts included free of charge in the event of a breakdown*
- Guaranteed response times.

This deal will be available to Vita Flex customers who took the initial warranty agreement when they purchased their X-ray system from IMV imaging as well as those who did not choose to take the warranty.**(**additional costs apply.)
Our Enhanced Maintenance Agreements are available for other IMV imaging ultrasound and X-ray equipment, including generators and we also have a range of Service Agreements to offer veterinary practices, depending on the level of support they are looking for.
