Mechanical Design Engineer
I joined the IMV imaging team in January, 2021.
My role involves the development of mechanical aspects of new products and accessories for IMV imaging's product range, as well as design improvements within the current range.
I have enjoyed 20+ years in design engineering roles across various industries, working on products ranging from first aid kits, to bus body and interior layouts, and data collection devices for lab chemists.
At home, it seems I spend most of my time supporting my two daughters in their gymnastics endeavours - yes I am their free taxi service. I recently rekindled an interest in orienteering, mind you the idea of getting lost in a forest isn't as appealing at it once was... to be honest I usually settle for an evening on the couch with a book.
